These terms apply to your use of the BeforeTheTrade website and its educational content. BeforeTheTrade is associated with Josh’s Finance. Use the site only if you can lawfully do so in your location. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site.

Educational content and independent decisions

Content, videos, research, alerts, indicators, market data, and community discussions are for education and general information. They are not personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell a particular asset, or a promise of results. You make your own decisions and remain responsible for them. Read the risk disclosure.

Memberships, billing, cancellations, and refunds

Membership purchases take place on Whop or Patreon, not on this website. Before paying, review the selected plan’s current description, price, billing frequency, renewal terms, access requirements, cancellation process, and refund policy. Benefits and prices can differ between platforms and tiers.

If a plan renews automatically, it renews as described at checkout unless you cancel under that platform’s process. Manage your subscription through the platform where you purchased it. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the applicable checkout terms, platform policies, and mandatory consumer rights. These website terms do not create a separate refund promise or override rights you have under law. For help identifying your purchase or accessing membership, contact us.

Access, availability, and changes

Access may depend on an active membership and compatible third-party accounts or software. Review the listing for current requirements. Tools, content, community features, integrations, and availability may change. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every tool works with every device, asset, or trading strategy. Paid changes remain subject to the purchase terms and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, impersonate others, or use the community for fraud, harassment, spam, or unlawful activity. Do not request or share other people’s credentials, private keys, or confidential information. Community platform rules also apply. Abusive or unlawful use may result in restrictions consistent with applicable platform and purchase terms.

Content and intellectual property

Website content, branding, educational materials, and proprietary indicators are owned by or licensed to their respective owners. Access permits personal use as allowed by the relevant plan. It does not grant a right to resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy proprietary source code, or claim ownership of someone else’s work. All third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party links and market data

Links to Whop, Patreon, Discord, YouTube, TradingView, Coinbase, exchanges, and other providers lead to independent services. Their terms, availability, fees, eligibility checks, and privacy practices apply. We do not control their operations. Referral links may generate compensation, as described in the affiliate disclosure. Market prices are indicative, may be delayed or unavailable, and are not executable quotes.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and informational content are provided as available without a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, continuous availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not accept responsibility for trading losses resulting from reliance on general content or third-party data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact
